Our commitment is to ensure that your Aromarí Design products arrive safely, smoothly and within the expected timeframe.

All orders receive a tracking code, sent via email within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
If there are any issues with tracking, you can track your order directly on the following websites:

3. Deliveries and Customer Responsibility
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
The Post Office makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will need to pick up the order at a location near the address provided.
Orders not picked up within 7 calendar days are subject to a storage fee, calculated based on weight and volume.
4. Customs Taxation
Products shipped from abroad may be subject to customs duties upon receipt.
The standard rate is 60% of the purchase price.
If the amount charged is higher, please contact us for guidance on appealing to the Post Office.
5. Delays and Guaranteed Delivery
If your order exceeds the maximum delivery time (40 business days) and the Post Office is not in possession of the product, please contact us immediately.
Once the logistical issue is confirmed with the suppliers, we will issue a full refund.
